The Golf de Feucherolles**** is an 18-hole Par 72 of 6348 meters. It belongs to the Ugolf chain. Located in the Paris region, in the Yvelines (78), it extends over 65 hectares. Largely wooded, it is decorated with 5 lakes. Built by American John Michael Poellot, the course was inaugurated in 1992.
Technical and varied, the golf course of Feucherolles has been built with the greatest respect for the environment. Since then, it has reached a maturity that ranks it among the most beautiful golf courses in western Paris.
The course is hilly and requires all the golf shots. It includes two Par 5 and two Par 3s on the outward and return journeys. The stakes are perilous, especially when the wind rushes into this plain of Yvelines. Fairways alternate between climbs and descents. Many obstacles are within reach of drive and deserve to think about before choosing your club.
The plot alternates fairly short moves, such as the 2nd or 4 with Par 4s where the 2nd move is never simple. On the return, the fairways are narrow, lined with hundred-year-old trees as on the stakes of the 10th, 11th and 12th. The Par 3s are quite long, especially the one on the 13th. The greens are wide and require a lot of finesse, especially if you do not want to scratch your scorecard ...
The driving range includes 3 covered positions, 2 putting-green and 1 pitching-green. Golf lessons are offered.
The clubhouse extends over 2 levels for an area of 3200 square meters. Luxurious changing rooms with Japanese baths stand alongside an imposingly sized pro-shop. The restaurant, the 19th, is open from 12 noon to 3pm. Hangings, wooden beams, high ceilings, it is the ideal place to comment on a game with friends.
The light flows through the bay windows. The breathtaking view of the golf course invites you to redo the course before the sun sets. A little cart and here you are already at hole 1 ...
