GOLF DE BIOT

Formerly named Golf de la Bastide du Roy, the Golf de Biot is an 18-hole Par 69 golf course of 4604 meters, located on the Côte d'Azur 25 minutes from Nice airport (06 - Alpes-Maritimes). It is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Its location offers immediate access both from the coast and to the hinterland lands.

Built by architects Peter James Grannon and Percy Boomer in 1930, this course is suitable for players of all levels. The greens are set in the village of Biot, the city of Verriers, a village placed on a rocky outcrop above La Brague. This river as well as that of the Valmasque are natural obstacles. His slope is not easy and good players sometimes have to show humility.

It is the oldest golf course on the Côte d'Azur, long prized by the jet-set of the time. Moreover, its blue and yellow coat of arms is a tribute to its Honorary President, the King of Sweden, Gustav V.

The training area is enriched with an academy, the Golf Academy and a driving range of 15 stations, heated and lit until 9 p.m., as well as a putting green.
